What causes a heart attack and a stroke at age 30?

What causes a heart attack and a stroke at age 30?

Primary causes can be hereditary, obesity, smoking and stress.

could be genetics; could be smoking/drinking too much.

Smoking, drinking heavily or fat buildup generally. Strokes can however happen at any age without defined reason.

For women: Chemical contraception (birth control pills, depro-provera, etc.) and smoking are major risk factors for heart attacks and strokes. Congenital malformations of blood vessels in the neck or brain can also be factors. Inherited conditions of familial hypertension, hypercholesterolemia and diabetes can also be factors. (Ditto for men). If you have kidney failure, you are also at a higher risk of stroke or heart attack.

Alot of things, poor diet and exercise, a family history, heart disease. They can happen at any age to anyone.

There are many factors that would play into that, including lifestyle, genetics, environment, diet, etc... so without any details, it could be a number of MANY causes, blood clots, unhealthy eating, smoking and drinking, birth defect, etc.

It is likely the obesity problem. A lot of young people become obese. Young people. More young people are obese, and some are morbidly obese.

Obesity causes unwanted fat in the area of the lower chest called the oventum.

This bad fat eventually explodes and bursts and goes right into the bloodstream as plaque, and this plaque goes directly into the coronary arteries of the heart.

Once this happens, the plaque clogs those arteries, causing damage---and then necrosis (or tissue death)---of the heart muscle
in a way similar to what happens when you have high LDL
cholesterol.

Once that heart muscle dies, you end up with myocardial
infarction---also known as----you guessed it----a heart attack.

That is why some young obese people suffer heart attacks.

Antiphospholipid syndrome (Hughes Syndrome)

(sticky blood)

lack of exercise, and diet...thats basically it...if its any other thing...you probably have another condition...but thats all there is

Usually its caused by a blood disorder where the blood clots too quickly causing blood clots in the arteries. Blockage in the heart you have a heart attack, blockage in the brain you have a stroke............
