Can you have a stroke from not sleeping enough? |
Im 15 and i have serious sleeping problems. Sounds like you need to see a doctor. Stress on the body from lack of sleep can cause all kinds of issues. No - a stroke happens when blood/oxygen is cut off from the brain from a clot. Nothing to do with being tired or lack of sleep. |
