That's happened to me too. Like others have said, it's because of your blood pressure. Resting for a little bit is the best remedy, it'll make your blood pressure go back to it's normal level. I would see a doc pronto, your symptoms seem more serious than it might seem

Lot's of things could do that, like your blood pressure. Was it a VERY aerobic workout? Were you holding your breath and not aware that you weren't breathing?
I would try your "workout" again with a little less vigor and make sure you are breathing. If you need to be "agressive"with yourself to "finish" try a bit of lube.
