Signs and symptoms of stroke and its preventions?

Hi Doctors out there 鈥︹€?. Plz let me know the signs and symptoms to look for infarction in a person who has suffered Early infarct right cerebellar hemisphere (Atherosclerotic disease)

Your input will be greatly appreciated, and I thank you in advance

The most classic sign of a right cerebellar infarct is the inability to coordinate your body movements on the right side. For example, you can reach for a cup normally with your left hand, but somehow you can't command your right hand to do so, as you cannot seem to judge what your hand should do in order to reach the cup. So you'll end up reaching beyond the cup and generally be very clumsy with your right side. You may also experience vertigo, which is a feeling of your surroundings spinning, as well as nausea and vomiting. Your gait may be affected, causing you to walk in a very clumsy manner especially with your right foot.

These are signs of a pure cerebellar stroke. You may experience other symptoms if the stroke affected a large region, such as the brainstem or other midbrain structures.
