What is difference between aneurysm, stroke, and embolism? i am getting really confused.?

Aneurysm - it is a dilatation or ballooning in an artery due to a weak segment in the wall... This area balloons or swells and it looks like a knot in the string (a swelling in a segment of the artery) the rest of the artery is normal. There is no blockage of blood flow when the aneurysm is intact and unruptured. However, since the wall of the aneurysm is very weak, it is susceptible to bursting, and in that case may cause immense bleeding.

I will define the Stroke after the Embolism.
Embolism - it is a block in the course of a blood vessel due to a blood clot, or an air bubble, or a fat globule or any other similar kind of block. It cuts of the blood supply to the organ after the clot and so it can cause infarction/ ischemia (similar to a heart attack, where a cholesterol clot causes impaired blood flow to a part of the heart leading to heart attack)

Stroke - there are two types of strokes: hemorrhagic stroke and ischemic stroke.
the hemorrhagic stroke is caused by the bursting of an aneurysmal artery in the brain which leads to cutting off of the blood supply to a part of the brain and also because the hemorrhage causes pressure damage to the brain.
the ischemic stroke is caused by a blood clot or any other block in an artery of the brain which cuts off the blood supply to a part of the brain leading to ischemia, and subsequent damage to that part of brain and stroke.

Aneurysm is a ballooning of an artery, which can possibly burst and turn into a bleed.

Stroke is damage to the brain caused by a blood clot shutting off blood supply to the brain or by an aneurysm bursting causing a bleed into the brain, pressure on brain cells and brain damage (either way).

An embolism is an obstruction in a blood vessel due to a blood clot or other foreign matter that gets stuck while traveling through the bloodstream.
