Heat / sun stroke? |
I got pretty badly sun burnt yesterday (i was sitting in the shade and it was a cloudy day, im assuming it was the reflection from my car that made me burn - damn this white white skin!!) and i think i might have heat stroke - ive got headaches, feel like im going to be sick, and just feel crappy in general. I wouldnt put honey on it. Honey is an anti-bacterial. but it will hold in the heat, get an aloevera gel with a heat extractor. Aloe Vera is a great treatment option, also apply honey to affected area, honey is an anti-bacterial fighter that will that take the redness away as quick as one aplication, if not with further more. |
