I am 34, and am going in tomoorrow to testing to see if I had a small stroke, Iam scared, any advice? Try to remain as calm as you can under the circumstances. If you did have a small stroke, follow your doctor's advice to prevent any more. You may have to make life style changes, which can be difficult, but remember why you need to make the changes. Good luck to you. Just Relax hope for the best don't get all worried or tense I know it's frightening, but try to relax a bit. It's better to know what's going on, so that you can do something about it, rather than to keep guessing, not knowing for sure, and stressing about what it could be. Wishing you the best of luck. Most of the things we fear never happen. Be optimistic, say a little prayer, and things will work out for the best. Have faith. |
