Under my moms left eye wont stop twitchen, she is 50 yrs old could this be a starting of a stroke, and.......? |
when it twitches it follows down her cheek and she said it feels like her cheek is sucking in. what could this be, cause i am thinking all negative things and im very scared right now, she has an appointment next week to her doctor. she dosent drink caffine, she works 2 jobs, and she is easy to get stress out sounds like a TIC, or nerve issue. The eye twitching could be a sign that she has diabetes, though I'm not too sure. It also could be a result of tireness and nervousness I had a situation several years ago, where the eye was twitching all the time (right one), and 6 months after hysterectomy surgery, the whole right side of my face went numb. A twitching eye is nothing to be overly concerned about most of the time it's just brought by stress and because the eye muscle is fatigued. She should consider drinking or eat a meal with electrolytes in it ( like Gatorade or a banana)and calcium which can help relieve eye twitching along with rest. |
