Are these warning signs of a stroke? please answer if you know.?

my dad has:
restless leg syndrome
red spots from popped veins in his eyes
and often gets chest pains
and horrible migraines that he sometimes has shots to get rid of, prescribed by a doctor.

he's had these issues for a while
but recently told me it could mean a stroke
which is the same way my grandpa died..
but it was my mom's dad, so it's not hereditary or anything

he's 48 if that helps

They are not signs of a stroke, though it sounds like he might have cardiovascular problems & should be checked out by a cardiologist. His eyes may be part of a thyroid problem.

He also sounds very anxious.

Signs of stroke are:
Sudden weakness,numbness, or paralysis of face, arm or leg especially if on 1 side of body;
Sudden blurred, double or dimmed vision;
Sudden slurred speech;
Sudden "bolt out of blue" headache often between eyes;vomiting;
Confusion, disorientation;loss of memory;

Often there are no signs of stroke.
Getting to 911 or ER for medication can be life saving.
