Face - Either side drooping?

Arms- Is one arm suddenly weak or tingling?

Smile- Look in the mirror, there's trouble if your smile is uneven.

Time - the quicker one gets to the hospital the better chance they have

The others are correct, although I only experienced the sudden numbness and dizziness I was told to go the the ER. They told me that I had had a minor stroke. It is important to get proper care even for a minor one....without this it is very possible you will have a second one, which might not be as minor. Take no chances.

sudden massive headache on one side of your head, then numbness on the opposite side of your body...

also, many people have dizziness, trouble speaking, walking and seeing....
