Your symptoms sound like diabetic neuropathy which is typically seen in chronic/poorly controlled diabetics. There are meds such as gabapentin/neurontin that have been helpful for some people. If you are having any muscle weakness on one side of your body, confusion, memory problems, one-sided headache, trouble walking, visual disturbances, partial or complete blindness in one eye/part of one eye, trouble using both hands/legs, facial drooping on one side, and/or difficulty swallowing or speaking your symptoms would point more to a stroke. Either way your doctor needs to evaluate you. if your hand and leg is clammed up and you feel you are losing grip with it then i suggest you go to the hospital STRAIGHT AWAY Go see a doctor. Stroke is a medical emergency. If you still are delaying, go to the site below and check your symptons now. |
