"Body thermometer" and heat stroke, please read : ?? |
My body has been thru a lot this winter and I have had 2 heat strokes and it seems to have "broken" my body's thermostat. Now I am having the back of my ears get hot again and my body seems to have a hard time regulating it's temperature in that it gets real hot and real cold. Any natural suggestions for this, I am not in any danger, but is is signaling something is out of wack ? Thanks you need to have your blood pressure checked, I would suggest really stepping up the B vitamins and look into a supplement of Cara Cara! Good luck, with increased B 6 and B 12 your body will learn to use its energy sources more efficiently! |
