Stroke victim? |
My father was a recent stroke victim, and we need some advice on how to get him to talk again. It's partial paralytic attack and it's curable with treatment which takes some time. U need to have patience..What I wish to tell u is that it takes it's own time and u have to bear with it but ur father should respond to treatment..Make sure that he doesn't have another attack.. He may never regain the ability to speak. I would continue the speech therapy, but also look into other forms of communication. Sign language or writing. Good Luck! Hi mistiki, hope your dad improves. good luck Keep up the speech path |
