Do you get a nosebleed when you have a stroke?

My friend had a really bad headache, then had what I think is a seizure. And her nose was bleeding really bad. But she didn't go to the hospital and now shes fine. What happened?

Yes you can have a nosebleed when you have a stroke, and also when there is increased pressure around the brain. Tell her that she really needs t go to the ER. If she's had a stroke, they are usually fatal unless you get medical attention within three hours.

Go to the doctor! Please don't let it go. High blood pressure can cause nose bleeds. Medication is very important to resolve high blood pressure. I think this is a danger sign. I don't know what else can cause nose bleeds but as I said, it could be a danger sign.
