Summer..how to face the hot summer from sun stroke and other deceases? andy v said it very well. keep drinking water. whether you are thirsty or not. wear something on your head so the sun doesnt beat down on it and sunglasses to protect your eyes. if you are at home and suffering in the heat carry a wet washcloth around and frequently refresh your face with the cool water. in extreme cases, apply ice to wrists, that should help you if too much exposure to heat and sun. main point, consume liquids, wear sunscreen and protective clothing. consume lots and lots of liquids (keep to water and sports drinks and stay away from anything carbonated which will dehydrate you), take five minute breaks every hour if working in direct sunlight, use sun lotion, at least SPF 35 or higher or it does not do anything, and if you feel the slightest bit sick, get in the shade or in doors if possible and lay/sit down and try to slowly cool down your body and keep drinking those liquids. Just because you are not "thirsty" does not mean your body does not need water. do sex daily day and night |
