Is it too late to report a heatattack/stroke?

I'm 24 and yesterday my left arm went numb, chest pain, headaches and lightheaded. I didn't report it because I didn't know what we going on and plus, I don't have insurance. Did I have a mild heartattack/stroke? Is it too late to report?

It lasted from about 4:00 am to 1 pm. I felt more lightheaded the rest of the day then anything.

At your age of 24, the symptom is neither likely to be due to heart attack nor stroke. Most common reason for these symptoms at this age is anxiety. Yet any symptom which resembles heart attack or stroke should be evaluated by a physician at the earliest as these disorders have a certain risk involved, if missed. But it is not too late for you - better late than never.

Absolutely not too late! The signs of a heart attack stay in your blood for a while. If it was one, you want to take action to prevent having another.

But it might be even more urgent to get treatment if it was NOT a heart attack, actually. If it was a blood clot in your arm, it could be working its way through your blood stream now to block some other artery.

Please go and have this checked out especially if you still have the symptoms.. if you really suffer a heart attack one day.. that will be a lot more expensive than to prevent one.. to go to a walk in clinic and have a simple EGC and some blood tests and have your vital signs checked that can't cost much... but if you get a heart or a stroke you will be in hospital and in emergency and paying for a hospital bed is much expensive than paying a little bit for some simple tests and they can be very important tests to either rule out or to confirm there is a problem.. Now is the time to get those simple check ups done.. you owe this to yourself. because you are worth to not die yet so make sure you go on living by getting checked pleaseXXX

It is never to late to seek medical help regarding a possible stroke in the past. You should, however, have it checked out ASAP as the sooner the better.

But, by all means, have it checked out. You could be preventing a more severe one in the future by doing so.

It is never too late to report it. You could have had a mini-stroke but you do need to seek medical help. If you don't have insurance check with the city you live in for free clinics.

It could have also been an anxiety attack how long did symptoms last?

Go to the hospital now!!!
