My right leg is very painful, is it stroke?

for a month now i can not walk or lift up my right leg i have a terreble in my ankle, my toe can not move or do anything.

Sweetie, that sounds exactly like severe Sciatica.
Your sciatic nerve is the large nerve that runs from mid back across to hips, down the side of your thigh and knee, across your shin and into your big toe. When it is compromised anywhere along those lines you will have pain in any or all of those areas.
The pain can be anywhere from moderate to Very Severe.
It has been my experiance and observation that the type of pain you are experiencing is likely from a lower back problem that you may or may not know about or feel. Such as a herniated or ruptured disc. The disc swells and presses the Sciatic Nerve. Unlike other injuries where you feel the pain at the exact sight of the "injury" Sciatic Nerve pain can be felt anywhere along the line that I explaine earlier.

You do not have to necessarily know that you have hurt yourself, it may have starte off minor and evolve into this over the course of months or years.
The only way to accurately detect Sciatic Nerve or Lower Lumbar pain is with a MRI, there is no way to see it on a XRay because they do not show soft tissue damage.

Please take my word for this and stay clear of any type of Chiropractior help. We are not trying to tell you what to do or who to seek help from, just speaking from experience!!

If you would like to email with questions please do, because i know the type of pain you are suffering and no one should have to feel it!!

It sounds like you have a nerve or muscle injury. See your doctor who can try to make a diagnosis or send you to a physiotherapist. Good luck.
