My mom had a stroke and is home now not in her right mind where can i find help dealing with her?

I need to know where i can someone to help me with my mom....

Call social services, The Hospice in your city, or ask a hospital for care that available to you and that applies to your situation. Are you able to hire a sitter for her ? try calling a place thats called " Home Health" , they should be able to help you and where to get help for her.

Look in the yellow pages of your city, under Nursing Care...you can hire someone to come to Mom's home (or wherever she is...) and help with her care. If she needs some sort of rehab (walking, speech, bathing, etc.), there are rehab units in hospitals that do that or you can have rehab come to Mom. If she is on Medicare, that should help you pay for it, as long as she is "home bound" (doesn't leave the house) and you have a Doctor's order requiring that medical assistance, @ home or in a rehab center. Best of luck! I am sorry for your pain and that of your Mother's. kjl

Um, go to a hospital. The doctors there usually can help. They will probably provide some medication or something.
Actually, by law, doctors are required to help you and your family. If you have some form of insurance, strokes should be covered.
Your neighbors could probably help too or your friends' parents.
Just think of everyone you know. They can help you somehow.
I also think that there are "homes" for people in need.

Good luck and I hope your mother gets well soon.
