What do these symptoms mean? Mini Stroke?

Earlier today my father had what seemed to be a Mini stroke or something, he started grabbing his arm and laid down in a chair all weird and started shaking, we got him an asprin and he seemed better but still out of it. but within like 15-30 minutes you would have never been able to tell.

This is very serious. As a matter of fact it's National Stroke Awareness week. It is critical that if this is a stroke, he have immediate medical treatment. They would typically do a special scan to see if there has been any bleeding in the brain. This is very serious as you know and needs to evaluated asap
