Stroke screenings in Henderson Nevada question?

Has anyone in Vegas heard about a mobile lab that will be doing heart screenings for seniors in Henderson this June? We prepaid for our mother and can't find the info. Thank you

Yes, quite worthless and meaningless.

They either use an ultrasound machine, an old one, that is really capable of looking at part of the carotid arteries. Those are the big arteries going up along the side of the neck to the brain, jugular arteries, if you would. The take off of the carotids in the middle of the chest cannot be seen and the distal end also cannot be diagnosed.

Some use an old CT scanner for "heart screening" which produces a lot of radiation and gives inaccurate results.

Very very bad idea.

There are no good screening centers in Henderson, unfortunately, so your best bet would be an imaging center or your local hospitals. These trailer trash gangs may charge 99 bucks, but they are worth a lot less than that.
