Panic attack? Stroke? Heart attack?

I am 20 yrs old I am about 35-45lbs over weight and have slight high blood pressure... I have never been this overweight at any other point in my life.

Starting the past 12mo I have had bouts of headaches/sharp pains in my head an dsometimes fullness.

Starting the past few months (like 5 months) I have thought/felt like my heart is beating funny (like fast or doing a double beat and then skipping one)

About 2 months ago I had a panic attack, i thought it was a heart attack but my parents calmed me down and got me under control...

Earlier today I felt nauseous, and it passed, then about an hour ago at my sisters school performance i started to feel like an anxiety attack, i got fresh air etc, im now at home and i feel like im going to puke, have a heart attack or a stroke.
Head pressure coming and going
Nausea stiffness
slight pain in right arm and right leg for th past week

I dunno what to do..I dont want everyone to think im crazy..

I have nausea pain, kind of like that sick feeling you get when youre about to puke and you know you dont want to but you know its coming any way

Can you check your blood pressure right now. you may find it has went up. Blood pressure can be controlled by Progesterone ( a hormone) You may be having some kind of endocrine problem such as a pituitary tumor. I had a similar problem with my pituitary tumor. It comes and goes. But it is treatable so definitely go see a doctor. It could be any number of things like an inflammatory disorder,( ask your parents if to give you a normal dose of ibuprofen (Motrin) to reduce inflammation and see if you feel a little better) Get it checked out as soon as possible. Hope you feel better.

heart attack is pain on the left side, panic attack is the feeling of fear, that the walls will close in on you and feels like your skin is crawling, you could get shortness of breath, i think if it were a heart attack it would have already happened, if you have panic attacks there are meds that help, ive been finallly living without them with meds for the past few years, good luck

doubtful that it's a heart attack or stroke....go see s dr, many times when you find out nothing is wrong, yu feel a lot better.

Panic attacks, otherwise known as anxiety attacks, can be very frightening. I know, I have had them for years.
The first thing you should do is make an appointment with your doctor just to make sure it is not something more serious.
I don't know if you have read up on anxiety attacks or not but it can be very helpful if you do. You will know what the signs are and know that you really aren't going crazy!
That is actually one of the signs of a panic attack. If you go to everydayhealth.com, type in panic disorder, it has some great information.
There is also medicine I take when I have a panic attack that is so bad I can't talk myself out of it, which really helps a bunch too.
Hope this helps some.
