I want to loose weight by swimming, is there any specific swim strokes to help that? I want a flatter stomach! |
I joined a leisure club recently and plan on going swimming every day after work.. Butterfly uses the most energy, but you should just choose the stroke you enjoy most and then adjust the speed you swim at if you want to use more energy. You can't lose fat from specific areas of the body by exercising them. do both the basic breast stroke and the back stroke. try the butterfly, it works your stomach muscles. but mostly every stroke you could do uses every muscle in your body.
