Stroke survivor needs answer? |
Im 25yo average size 5'8 150lbs\asian male I had a hemorragic stroke last year april 07 The only way you will be normal again is by refusing to let anything stop you. Do not live a "stroke life". Live a "life". Do not get trapped in a "sick" state of mind. Refuse to be a cripple. Don't allow anything to stop you. I have seen a stoke victim about your age. After 5 years or so now he is walking about with a stick and still goes about with a bag firmly tied to his back. But his walk has improved and his way of getting about is with sure purpose and you can see that he wants to improve. well since i dont know much about strokes i only know that my great uncle had one and now hes really messed up he doesnt really talk and he cant walk very well at all. Sometimes people have strokes and they seem ok and others change for the worst dramatically. i dont know enough about u to really give more of an opinion than that. im sorry and hopefully u live a better and healthier life from here on out. |
