How can stroke affects the Muscle?

How can stroke affects the Muscle?

well a "stroke" is actually referred to in the medical community as a "CVA" cerebral vascular accident.
either blood flow was interrupted by some clot, a blood clot or air emboli. or a head bleed. thats when a blood vessel is damaged somehow & it ruptures & blood leaks either into the brain, or in the skull increasing the pressure in the skull cavity causing damage.
a "stroke" doesn't directly affect the muscle tissues. instead; the part of the brain that tells the muscles to move is damaged & so the electrical signal to move a particular muscle cannot get to the muscle group & then the muscles move differently or not @ all. over time of not using these muscles (wherever they may be) these muscles loose tone & dwindle into almost uselessness.
Cerebral Palsy is another instance of this kind of function loss, it just happens to people under 1 year of age.
i hope this info helped.

It can paralyze them and make the weaker
