Take 85 mg aspirin daily, for the rest of your life. living and eating healthy....prevent a build up of plaque in your blood vessels...do this by keeping your cholesterol low, eat a low fat and high fiber diet, drink plenty of water and get at least 30 minutes of exercise 3x a week |
