Is every stroke patients regain the speech capacity by time?

some times people lose their speech when a stroke comes.

It depends on whether the lesion is on the right side of the brain or on the left side of the brain. Different sides of the brain are responsible for different skills.

The size of the lesion is another deciding factor.

The overall health of the patient including mental and emotional health and will to get better must be taken in to account as well.

Often when people have strokes - and they speak more than one language - they will revert to the language of their birth in the immediate recovery phase.

I have even seen stroke patients speak their own make up jargon - again that depends on the area of the brain affected.

Depends on the patient. One I remember spoke in some strange language??? no one could understand. He knew what he was saying, but it came out in a way no one could understand. It was frustrating him. In about two weeks, he was talking normally.

yes definitely they can even become normal again at every aspect and i have seen it happen to two of my Friends.
