Is it possible to have a heart attack or a stroke and with the correct program reheal and never have one again

So like if your 50 yrs old and you have a heart attack or a stroke and you follow your doctors orders and take care of yourself and go through a program, loose weight, whatever, can you "reheal" your heart and body and never have or have a greatly lower risk of having a heart attack or a stroke again????

If you eliminate the risks that caused the heart attack or stroke such as quitting smoking, alcohol, eating healthy, exercising, losing weight and taking the proper meds you can significantly reduce the risk of having a repeat event. This is why these factors should be done to prevent heart attack and stroke before they occur.

Yes of course it is possible. Once you know you have a condition you can treat and watch it. There are new imaging techniques that can see the smallest problem. A person not having a problem is more likely to just drop dead than someone who knows they have to be more health conscious.

Risk will be reduced, by it will never become zero as age is advancing and it is one of the risk factors.

YES! The human body is AMAZING at healing!
