How long does it take to fully recover from a stroke?

On May 30th I suffered a heart attack an 2 strokes, it affected the left side of my body. When I was in the hospital I had an MRI done (and this is in my medical record), I have two MS lesions on my brain. Does this mean I have MS?

Obviously the answer is that it depends upon how severe the stroke was. I have spoken to a few people affected and they tell me that being diligent with the physiotherapy makes a huge difference. As to whether you have MS, surely this is a question for your doctor to answer.

Sometimes never.
Talk with your MD.

depends on the severity of the stroke.. you will need physical therapy
