Pleas help! heat stroke/sun sickness???

okay, well today i didnt drinknig anything, due to me running late for school, and i had to spend an hour in 100 degree wheather for a school rally. it was soo hott, i was just sweating like crazy!
and then i started to get a head ache and i was really really thirsty, but non of the teachers would let me get a drink,

by the end of the rally i felt horrible,
and while i was walking home from school, i felt like i wasw going to faint!

and now my head hurts really really bad, and it also hurts around my nose, &I dont have a fever.

oh, and also, i am kind of cold...
please help! what is wrong with me!?
it hurts so bad that im crying!
