Help with Heat Stroke treatment? |
I had a heat stroke a couple of days ago and came home from the hospital today. My wife says I am supposed to stay in bed, drink lots of fluid, and stay out of the heat for at least a week. Then, increase the amount of time until you feel normal for the amount of time you would want to be outside. Remember, you are susceptible to it so you should always keep and drink a lot of water while out side from now on. |
