My fathers a stroke survivor, and now the exwife...?

My father had a stroke in 2006, he now is living independently again (I live 2 min away to help) He divorced his wife in 2001, because she was a SERIOUS alcoholic (drinks til she pees herself) and she was given a substantial amount of money in the divorce. Ex-wife has not contacted him since 2001...until now. She keeps calling my father relentlessly, shows up at his house at 10 or 11 pm. I feel that she is trying to weasel her way back in and take advantage of my dad. She is now calling companies, saying she is my sister looking for pin codes. I am at a loss, I dont know what I can do to protect him. He suffers from aphasia, meaning he knows in his head what he wants to say, but when he speaks it comes out as the wrong words. When I try to ask him about this, he says "oh no, nothing with her" but the next day she is there. #$%$ What can I do?

If you have power of attorney, get a restraining order so you can have her arrested if she shows up. Have dad's phone number changed and unlisted. Call banks and credit card companies and tell them of her efforts and they will protect your dad's accounts. Hire a person who will help your dad during the day by not letting her in and calling police.

What you can do is call the police. Calling compnanies pretending to be your sister is against the law its called criminal impersonation in my state.
