Can one fully recover from stroke?

my mom has been sick for 2 yrs n after treatment she can now walk with the aid of a walking stick. my question is can she fully recover to her former self?

If she still has significant deficits after two years, the answer is probably not. By now, most of the recovery that can happen has done so. Any future improvement will be in small increments.

best of luck
