Accidentally smoked large amount of PCP? I had a trip to hell and now I feel like i'm having a stroke?

Is it possible to trip off weed, I mean worse than LSD, like completely lose your mind? FYI seasoned toker...

Last night I smoked 1 small joint, scraped what i think was trichromes or kief out of the bag and put it all into the joint with the weed. I went into the bathroom and looked in the mirror and it felt like my memory was erased and I did not know where I was, within 10 minutes I was seeing completely unsubtle visuals, as in not transparent or in layers, as in actually being teleported to a different world, and at the peak of it all it was if my memories were being put rapidly through a paper shredder and straight to my visual cortex.

Next thing I knew I was running around my house with my shirt off screaming about spinning ninja stars bouncing around my head, with no recollection of how I got to this part of the house and was running...

After this it felt like I was in a first person shooter and could only move at 90 degree angles, like i was locked to a grid.

And then the worst part came, my vision became letterboxed like you know when you get a cutscene in a game and it creates suspense http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Letterbox
And then I thought I had been poisoned and my mind had released DMT and this was what it felt like to die. I literally saw everything that happened looping and reversing and it was just stuck like that for what felt like forever, no exaggeration, and I felt the fear that you get that makes you wake up from a nightmare except I couldn't wake up...

This lasted for 5-6 hours before I could even regain a concept of reality, I felt like the vessels in my brain were bursting and had the most awful headache ever during it and after it, still seeing everything swirling...

This is probably the closest thing I could find to what it was like:

Now, 24 hours later after the peak of the trip I am shivering uncontrollably and feel numb and feel like my vision in my left eye is dissapearing and my head really, really hurts, like it's going to crack apart and just stop working, sort of like a cramp in my brain, feels like its all dried up or soemthing.

oh and please don't reply with "serves you right for taking drugs" because I wanted to get high not lose my mind, and cannabis has not caused this so i'm thinking either PCP or something else

Also don't answer if you know nothing about drugs, ignorance does not help in the least I simply want help to confirm what I have taken I know this is not what cannabis does it's the crystals the bag was dusted with...

1. Go to the doctor.
2. Never take drugs again.

HOLY **** DUDE. That is one hell of a question. Go to the hospital!

OK, I will skip the "you're an idiot " part. Sounds like you need a doctor to check you out. Sorry, you don't want to hear this but drugs can kill you. Get medical help.

I wish I could help you man.. that is some scary ****.. whatever it was it was def laced with something.. PCP is a good guess because it makes people go crazy like that.. I'd try and get ahold with your dealer or whoever you got it from and try n find what the **** is up with what he gave you.. good luck bro.
