Do you know any effective way of regaining your motor skills after stroke? |
I suffer from hemi-pares after a motorcycle accident,and want to regain control of my left arm and more importantly my fingers! PT and Exercise. You need to literally retrain your brain, or rewire it and yes it is a long sometimes boring task, but worth it in the end. |
