Am i having symptoms of a heartattack or stroke?

my hand is going num and is tingling my shoulder is in pain ive been having night sweats so do i need to go to the hospital or what

Always better to be safe than sorry...GO!!!

It could be as major as a heart attack or as minor (even though it's not minor) as a pinched nerve in your neck or back.

Please, don't question it 'til it happens, the outcome for a heart attack is early intervention...so go and make sure.
always go to the Dr may only be a pinched nerve however we are not sure get checked just to be safe
I would have it checked out NOW. Those are not good signs. Sometimes if you get anxious you can get the same feelings, however, it is better to be on the safe side & get it checked at the ER where they can do an EKG & blood work. Take this seriously. Good luck.
here is the link to understand the signs for any heart problems, take a look.....

no not really =heart attack signs are very unreal =you can get sick to the stomach or have heartburn or just feel lazy=stuff like that =the only time you actually have a heavy hard pain in your left side chest is when you have a massive heart attack=night sweats can be the change of life and the tingling can be circulation cut off=pain in shoulder could be anything
if you have hypertension, or think you might have hypertension, to the doc now. time lost is brain lost.
