Is dying from Alzheimers disease or cancer or stroke or cardiovasular disease at age 19 or 20 young? |
Is like cancer or lung cancer, cardiovascular disease or something, dying at age 19 or 20 considered too young? And, what are the chances? ?ratio? And does death sometimes occur right after adolecsense? Yes, dying from age-related conditions at age 19 or 20 is considered very young. The diseases you mention are most often associated with older adults, with the exception of cancer, which can strike people of all ages. Of course, there are many different types of cancer, but lung cancer is most often suffered by long-term smokers, or people exposed to second-hand smoke, and by those working with or living nearby other chemicals. I don't know what the chances are, or the ratio of, young adults or adolescents suffering from these conditions or diseases, but a good place to start researching is with The American Cancer Society; the CDC website may have some stats as well; and using the keywords 'disease statistics' in a good search engine such as www.dogpile.com . Nationmaster is a good statistics site too. Good luck! :D Source(s): http://www.nationmaster.com/index.php... Most of these conditions are associated with older ages, but they are possible? Health questions this serious deserve professional advice. |
