Is it better to have a heart attack, stroke, car crash in canada?

since you will get free healthcare and won't be charged for it

Hello dear, this is not true, someone must have had given you wrong information. If you are not a citizen or a landed immigrant of Canada, you have to have a health insurance. Same applies to car crash, you have to buy insurance in order to get coverage. It will all depend on the plan you purchase.

Well, I suppose if you are a Canadian citizen, it's better. Personally I'd rather get sick closer to home.
Most people in Canada die of boredom eh
Myself I don't like any of the choices.
