My dad Half body part Paralyzing because of blood stroke?

It is not called Blood stroke. Is plain a stroke caused be a blood clot clogging a vein that supplies a part of the brain with oxygen. If the brain does not have enough oxygen it partly dies. But the "good" part is due to timely medical intervention and a lot of rehab it is possible that other part of the brain can be trained to take slowly over. A full recovery is really rare. that why it is so important to recognize the symptoms of a stroke:


you have symptoms of a stroke, seek emergency medical care. General symptoms of a stroke include sudden onset of:

-Numbness, weakness, or paralysis of the face, arm, or leg, typically on one side of the body.
-Vision problems in one or both eyes, such as dimness, blurring, double vision, or loss of vision.
-Confusion, trouble speaking or understanding.
-Trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination.
Severe headache.

A blood clot in other areas of the body are Heart attack, lung embolism, ...

I'm sorry about your dad.my mom had a stroke 5 years ago.it's very hard. she did all the rehabilitation and it helped alot. but she cannot talk ,she has a very hard time communicating. she has trouble walking. i wish you and your dad luck.
