Why do my right eye keep twitching is i a stroke or just stress? |
i am going through an divorce but my body have been feeling really crazy chest hurt, right side twitching throat hurts always sleepy . Stress and lack of sleep can do that. just stress. Stress can do a lot of wierd stuff but it wouldn't hurt to have a check up so you won't stress about your health too. I had the same problem with my eye twitching like a month ago. I was dealing with some stressful things. I talked to an optometrist who said when your eye is twitching is is stress related. I am sorry to hear about your divorce, maybe you should do something to get your mind off of it, and then the twitching will stop. You're completely stressed out! Be sure to try to get plenty of rest and relax when you find the extra time. its just stress. Try going to the gym toi burn off some of that anxiety. Trust me, it helps While strokes affect each person different, they usually occur in specific patters; i.e. areas on one side go numb, muscles lag on one side. I haven't heard of twitching though. It's probably stress. As far as your chest hurting, taht usually doens't constitute a stroke (CVAs affect the brain, not the heart) but could be heart related. Another thing the twitching could be is a dietary lack of potassium. Really worried, go see a doctor! I work in occupational therapy (strokes are my forte). |
