Is it possible for a person to have had a stroke yet their blood pressure was very normal?

You can get a stroke for many reasons. High blood or low pressure,clots,etc
I would say yes, because 6 years ago, I had a heart attack. My blood pressure was normal, cholesterol was fine and oxygen in the blood was good. If you go to webmd. It will tell you there are some time to signs of heart attack or stroke
