Is it true that once a person is attacked by stroke will be attacked again many times even though treated?

Is it true that once a person is attacked by stroke will be attacked again many times even though treated?

Not necessarily. It depends on how well you respond to treatment. Although, you will probably die from it someday, it isn't necessarily going to happen right away, and in the meantime, eat right, take your medicines, exercise and do what your Dr. tells you to, and hopefully it will be many years before you have another one.
Patricia O'Neal (famous actress) had one several decades ago. It was severe but she recovered completely and has not had one since that I know of.
