Before I never started to worry about my health but after I notice a blister in my genitals, I started to look for information and for cures and I contacted my doctor. I found out it was nothing but still the worry about the rest of body it came out like an avalanch. What should I do I tested my blood for hearth condition everything is fine, I just cant get this tought of my mind that something very bad will happen to me at any moment? I have not experience any panic attack but sometimes I worry about every little pain about my body and I immideatly think that is something that will grow bigger and bigger and bigger and I will just die, please help. What should I do?

If you keep living in fear and worry you may easily get your wish of an early death by stroke. You should see a psychiatrist and get some meds to calm you during your panic. The condition you are describing is hypochondria. I am providing a few links for you here...

This can lead to other problems and serious anxiety. You need to get yourself checked out. Source(s): Psych Major
First of all take a few deep breathes! Just relax

I assume you are young - middle aged from the way you are writting. At this age the risk of suffering heart attack, stroke and diseases resulting in death is extremly low as the body is resiliant and able to rejuvinate itself it it becomes injured. As we get older this ability to self repair slows, increasing disease risk.

You've stated that you have have a blood test which is normal. This is good! Keep a healthy and active lifstyle now and you can prolong the ageing process, and inturn death. Don't sweat the small stuff, it only causes lapses in the immune system! Healthy eatting, exercise, laughter and family all ensure a long, healthy life!

Don't stress about death! Enjoy the life you currently have and deal with each day and its hurdles as it comes!!! You only love once!

If you really want to feel better start doing things because it's the right best thing for you to do instead of doing it because your afraid. Stay in tune with your body and don't try to be a doctor, trust me your not qualified. Get regular check ups (ask your doctor about appropriate intervals), and remember when your time comes you most likely won't see it coming, so don't worry about it so much.
You are suffering from OCD...and it has manifested itself in the form of hypochondriacal symptoms...you should go to a doctor that can help by giving you some Luvox, a fantastic med to aid in this particular mineral deficiancy...If you do get panic attacks, you might also want to have the doctor prescribe you an extremely low dose of xanax, .05....and take half, until you see how much your body needs...but be careful with the xanax, as it is addictive, and can give you seizures when coming off of it if you don't ween yourself...Don't suffer with this though...I have a son who suffers the same way, and those two meds has been a life saver for him....God Bless,
