Common symptoms of heart attack include:
Chest pains and discomfort in the chest area
Pains and discomfort in other area of the upper body, especially the left arm and upper back
Chest pressure
shortness of breath
sweating
heartburn
nausea


Stroke Warning Signs

The American Stroke Association wants you to learn the warning signs of stroke:

Sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, especially on one side of the body
Sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding
Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes
Sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination
