Can photosensitivity to all kinds of light cause blackouts, migraine seizures, or mini stroke?


This is in conjunction with poor blood circulation in the top of the brain, dizziness, mental confusion, fatigue, headache, weight loss, weakness, low blood pressure

Yes, it most defilnitely can. I have a friend who cannot tolerate flourescent lighting, and it gives him the most terrible migranes and weird feelings.
Sensitivity of light doesn't cause any of those symptoms but if you have had what you described, you can develop a sensitivity to light. Light can't cause anything it's self but you can develop the sensitivity to it after a series of illnesses, like you described.
