Which hospital in South East Asia is the best to get medical attention for stroke? doctor's name? thanks?

My friend's father just got stroke and in need of medical attention right away. Anybody here know which hospital is the best for stroke in South East Asia? and please refer the doctor's name as well. Your help is urgently needed. thanks so much

In India, Apollo Hospital, Asian Heart Institute, Wockhardt Hospital, AIIMS-New Delhi or Narayana Hridayalaya in Bangalore are very good and to the international standard. Ther are provem ayurveic capsules such as Rudved or Cardoved or Suved or Hridayarnav Ras which will save apatient from bypass or angioplasty or stent. Check in google.com for more details.
Depends on the country your friend's father is located. There are plenty of good doctors in each country. Singapore are well known for their medical expertise.
