Do you have your blood pressure checked regularly? If not PLEASE do so now. My sister just had a stroke & is?

now in a coma. It is irreversible. She's not very old either. Unfortunately she will never wake up and is now in a nursing home for the rest of her life. The neurologist told our family that she had never had her high blood pressure diagnosed and that if it had been, she would be okay today. Instead she's in a coma for the rest of her life. That could be many years. VERY SAD. Don't wait until this happens to you or a loved one.

I have had high blood pressure for nearly 20 years. I have a portable blood pressure cuff at home, and I check my blood pressure almost daily.
I have had to have 4 stent implants in the past 3 years. I am only 52 years old.
Good, pass the word....that's why high blood pressure is referred to as the silent killer....often times no symptoms but can be easily discovered at your annual physical
