DAMN i don't know what to do i have no monet to take care of my mom because she's in a stroke can someone help

me i'm really really really desperate

The hospital should have case workers that can help.

Your mom will probably go to a rehab after she gets out of the hospital.

The case workers at that facility are usually the best help.

Be persistent and friendly. These people know how to find benefits for the uninsured.

Good luck.
I can help you financially. My email is schmidt8484@yahoo.com
Before you appeal to strangers and get into something you don't know: call or go to the Social Security Administration Offices. The numbers are all in the front of the phone book. Virtually every American citizen is available for Social Security Benefits from them. They will tell you how to get hospital and doctors aide and prescriptions, some Free of charge. They will also put you in contact with the starting point for your mothers monthly benefits so she will have an income. The longer you wait, the longer it takes.
There are those that may mean well but, remember, everyone wants something so, be weary of offers, very weary.
