The right side of my nape is aching for 3 days now. I'm worried sick that this will lead to stroke.? |
I'm in my early 30's and the thought of having a stroke really scares me to think that I still wanna see my great grand children! If I go for a check-up, can the doc identify the prob at 1st examination or do I need to undergo a CAT scan? I just don't want to literally drop dead! PLEASE GO TO THE EMERGENCY RIGHT NOW!!! If you are scared and think you are having a medical emergency have someone drive you to the hospital now or call an ambulance. You cannot be refused medical service because you don't have insurance! Probably just a sore neck, but go to doctors just to be safe. He can listen with a stethoscope at the arteries in your neck Oh, my god. You are so stressed and and anxious. You are totally over reacting. This is not a stroke, this is just tension. Go for a massage and it will go away. Breath and relax, you need a vacation or at the very least a cookie. If you are really scared, call your doctor. No one's answer here would be worth a damn, even if it was from a doctor, because he/she couldn't examine you. put a hot water bottle in groove of neck, place a rolled towel in groove of neck when u sleep, rub vicks or carmex on neck. U will be okay.(fill empty bottle with hot water) Tribiipy gets my vote and I can only repeat that answer. It is impossible for anyone here to help you.other than to say,go and see your doctor. It's normally caused by sleeping the wrong way in bed . Most of the time it's because the pillow or pillows are to high and the neck is bend for to long causing strain to it and the muscles. |
