Benefits of different swimming strokes?



Are there any specific health benefits depending on the stroke you do (breaststroke, back and front crawl) for example like toning diffent parts of the body.

I want to get the most out of swimming and do mostly breaststroke and mix in some of the others but want to tailor it a little more

Don't know if it's clinically proven, but when I started doing front crawl as opposed to breaststroke, the muscles along the top of me shoulders and the top of my back toned up much quicker.
You've answered your own question, yes toning different muscle groups, so all the best in achieving your goals
