Why do believers consume intoxicating drinks and abuse substances?

Why do believers consume intoxicating drinks and abuse substances?

Did Jesus not turn water to wine?

No I don't for Jesus Christ is my portion of satisfaction.

Believers of what?
The true believers of God not only abstain from consuming such substances, they also don't mix directly or indirectly in the buying, selling or distributing those drinks.

GU-UN

You think that once a person gets saved they are perfect, I WISH, then maybe everyoen would get saved! Jesus was the only one who never sinned.

That's a good question. I bet a lot of believers don't even know that they aren't suppose to do that. I probably know more people that don't worship God than people that do that don't drink alcoholic beverages or do drugs.

God prohibit intoxicant and abuse substance. If believer do that, they would fall in sin.

Chapter 2, The Heifer, verse 219

2:219 They ask you about intoxicants and gambling: say, "In them there is a gross sin, and some benefits for the people. But their sinfulness far outweighs their benefit*." They also ask you what to give to charity: say, "The excess." GOD thus clarifies the revelations for you, that you may reflect,

Christian do sins because they believe someone had die for their sin. So they didn't fear anything when do the sin. I wonder what they think about believer serial killer.
